- Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

- Please make sure you return the unwanted items in the original condition in which you received them. This includes all original tags and packaging.

- All items will be inspected upon their return.

- Items must be returned with in 7 days of delivery.

- You must fill the return form before you dispatch items.

- Items must be unworn and unwashed.

- Items must have all tags and labels attached.

- Items must return at the customer's expense.

- If you purchased multiple items and your order is eligible for free UK delivery and you decided to return one or more items
then delivery charges will be base on total items you keep and if it is less then free UK delivery amount delivery charge will be deducted from refund amount.

- You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to dressdirect. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to 
process your return.

- We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our return policy. 

- International orders are NOT eligible for a return. 


When trying on items of clothing, ensure that you are not wearing perfume, make up or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.  The items are your responsibility Once your returned item(s) has been received into our office, we will aim to process your refund within 10 working days. Please be aware it can take up to an additional 7 working days for refunds to appear on your bank statement once transaction has taken place. Postage costs will only be refunded if the order was sent incorrectly or item(s) are faulty. Please make sure to state your contact telephone number on the receipt when you return it.


If you contracting with us as a consumer online, you have right to cancel your order. You have right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason. If the order dispatched it is your responsibility to send it back to us in original conditions at your expense. If you like to cancel an order please  email us or fill the return form.


Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges. If you would like to return an item, please return your item as outlined in the above sections and we will happily process a refund.
